Our mission is to meet the ever-increasing need for affordable rental and for sale housing for the workforce and seniors primarily throughout Southern California. We work with local governments and nonprofit organizations to assist them to achieve their goals in the provision of affordable housing, as required by state law. It is our belief that it is critically important that our projects be highly regarded as both innovative in design and well managed over the long term. We believe in the importance of continually striving to improve the character and fabric of our local communities and neighborhoods and making workforce and senior housing a positive addition to every neighborhood.
