Tony Mize has a substantial background of over 35 years in the residential, commercial and industrial real estate industry, with special emphasis on the development of affordable multifamily and single-family workforce and senior housing. He is licensed as both a California Real Estate Broker and B General Contractor, with direct experience covering all aspects of development, including finance, construction and asset management.
Currently, Mr. Mize serves as President of Workforce Homebuilders LLC, a development firm and Native Building Corporation, a B general contractor Lic. 777814, and Inland Empire Management, Inc., CA Real Estate Broker Lic. 01154718. Having worked with cities, counties, redevelopment agencies and non-profit organizations and Native American tribes, along with local, state and federal funding sources, Mr. Mize utilizes his skills to create, develop and preserve rental and ownership housing. He also works to create other economic development opportunities for communities throughout southern California through his volunteer work.
Darryl currently serves as a project development consultant to Workforce Homebuilders LLC. Mr. Brown works on acquisitions, early forward planning, environmental and pre-development activities, execution of financing strategies, soft financing commitments from governmental agencies, entitlements, project management, construction management and governmental/community outreach. Prior to beginning his consultant engagement for Workforce Homebuilders LLC in April 2007, Mr. Brown was the Managing Director of the Housing & Economic Development Department at West Angeles Community Development Corporation (CDC) a non profit community-based development corporation that operates within the greater ministry of West Angeles Church of God in Christ, under the pastorate of Bishop Charles E. Blake. As Housing Director, Mr. Brown was in charge of all housing related activities such as feasibility, entitlement, construction and asset management of all of the firm’s real estate developments.
He attended The University of LaVerne, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing in 1982. Mr. Brown has been married to Eugenia Brown for the past 10 years. He is the father of three children, D’Nyse, Marques and Dominick. They are active members of Abundant Living Family Church located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Brenda Reynolds has over 20 years experience in the construction and property management industry specializing in bookkeeping and sales. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker with ten years of selling experience, a Registered Property Manager and a Notary Public. She graduated from California Baptist University in 2002 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Management. Brenda has served as Office Manager for Workforce Homebuilders LLC.
Alex Mize graduated in 2007 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. Currently, Alex serves as an assistant project manager for Workforce Homebuilders LLC. He works in the areas of early project planning, enviromental and predevelopment activities, project management and construction management. He is also pursuing his post-graduate business education.
